This past Friday (1 APR 16) I picked up a 930 JM Pro for 3 Gun. After shooting it the next day I identified some weakness regarding running the gun smoothly for 3 Gun.

The loading port needs to enlarged for quad loads or doubles, the rear of the forearm needs to be shaved, a larger bolt release, and the lifter needs to be changed or welded to avoid pinching the thumb. I will also be modding the trigger as well. I've found a few websites for parts and I figured I would list them incase others want to do the same. I will be doing the loading port and forearm myself so I really can't help you there, cause at this time I'm not looking to mod a ton of them, unless I can do it cleanly and easily. I am on the fence about a side saddle and will prob end up going with an elastic one that velcros to the receiver.

Don't get the side saddle, you never will use it and it just gets in the way. Focus on shell holders for the belt. If you really want to put a round exterior of the gun, get a match saver:
