Hey guys, have any of you put a scope on an S&W 22a. I just got weaver style rings from S&W, but they aren't wide enough to fit on the rail. I called S&W but the rep didn't know if they had any that would fit. Anyone know which rings are the right size?

I went with the cheap BSA red dot myself (my daughters love it) and I could have sworn it was a weaver mount. I can double check when I get home.

I have a Barska ac10328 red dot on the wifes 22a and I also swapped my Milliet SP1 red dot onto it this am, both fit fine.

Thanks for the replies. Wildweasel what brand rings did you use? Or did the integral rail fit? And if so did the screw slots on the 22a match those on the scope?

The barska came with built in mounts and they lined up fine, and the Millet came with their own mounts. the mounts just went right on the rail.

OK here it is. Millet SP1. Works quite well. [smile]
