Window tint laws can be stupid, unless it also limits the person's ability to see OUT too far. IIRC, the regulation was more to protect the po-po from bangers that tinted their windows stupid dark and then did bad acts (with the po-po not being able to see what was coming).

As far as pot goes. IMO, doesn't matter what the state says since it's still illegal on a federal level. Which means DEA can STILL mess you up over it. The fact that they choose not to, doesn't make it less illegal on the federal level. It's also included on the 4473's now. Which means if you answer that you DO partake, then they have it in writing that you do. If you do, but answer that you don't, then you've just completed another felony. IMO, screwed either way if they decide to go after you (or pot smokers that are also gun owners in general).

If those two items are going to dictate where you live, then that's all on you.

As for working at a company in the PRM, that's where the jobs happen to be for a good chunk of people. I'd jump all over a position in NH like a fat kid on cake. Or on one where I'm remote at least a good chunk of time. I'm actually communicating for a role that's WFH 3-4 days a week. Will see what comes from that. Another is 100% remote where the orgs aren't inside the PRM (agency is NJ, client is NY).
