You might consider moving in a circumference of about 30 minutes travel outside of Boston (lower rent) where there are more human beings not intent on telling you how to live your life. Unless you're a "city slicker" type of Dude. Or perhaps even post on here that your are looking for an apartment? That way you'd have a like minded Landlord. Unless you're hemorrhaging money and can / want to buy a home on your own right away. Then meet a nice liberal gal from the city, then she can move in then kick you out and take half your shit.
