Well it'll just be a one year lease to start with so who knows. Beauty of not buying [not that I can afford it hahaha] is that level of freedom to transplant. Grew up around the York, PA area. Kinda middle of nowhere, middle of the state where it's poor but not destitute. Got everything you really need though.
