The only negative is that I rent my spot...NW Wyoming is becoming expensive for locals to buy...but with all the other advantages, I don't need to be a landowner. 6,000 acres of free use zone (shooting, riding, four wheeling, giant bonfires, etc) is a 5 minute drive from my house and borders another 200,000 acres of BLM land.
