thanks guys are they shipping these out to the free states yet. yes the laws are convoluted, wht we have to be so diffrent hear is well you know what.

The AG does NOT approve handguns!

It is up to manufacturers to certify their firearms as compliant with the AG's regs! The AG does not approve or maintain a list of approved firearms, they only go after those products that they find not to be in full compliance.

One of the guys I know at S&W who knows these things last told me to expect shipments to begin this month. He also said that there are a LOT of pre-paid orders that need to be filled before any civilian shipments will be made.

I have not heard any updates since last month, so I don't know how on-track they are.
