Murdered Colt EDC 1911 pics!

This Colt started live in the blue. Modifications are, Metalsmith's 25lpi front strap checkering. Beveled magwell, new EGW mainspring housing 25lpi rounded at the base. EGW custom contoured grip safety. 10-8 thumb safety, custom contoured and blended. New Wilson internals and slide stop. Tuned Series 80 safety, Greider speed trigger". On the slide, new front and rear sights, 10-8 U notch in the rear and an XS small tritium up front. New Wilson firing pin and a tuned Wilson extractor. The barrel was refit to the tightened slide and frame. An EGW thick bushing and custom spring plug were added. Barrel was cut with a 30 degree crown. Pins are EGW. The finish is Cerakote Armorers Black over manganese phosphate. The holster is an OWD my Alessi. Grips are by VZ and provided by the client. Sorry for the dust specs.
