Florida man's gun drops from his clothing, discharges and a bullet hits a fellow customer at a Dunkin' Donuts on Saturday morning

A South Florida man whose gun dropped from his clothing and discharged in a donut shop is facing a negligence charge.

A bullet hit a 55-year-old woman, who was taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Another N/D story that doesn't tell you what kind of gun it was.

Maura is already saying it's a glock.

Bet the guy reached out an tried to catch it before it hit the ground.

It was obviously a glock, as we all know that they are the only type of firearm that is capable of firing when dropped.

This wouldn't happen at Starbucks because they are pro-OC.

I dont get how he could be charged with negligence if the gun truely fell to the ground and went off...which i doubt happened.
is everyone who is involved in a auto accident, charge with negligence when infact they where negligent most of the time??i know.......but guns
