Need Info On Building A Rifle Range At My Club!

I have been put in charge of taking the lead on the initial steps of getting a rifle range built at my club. (Mainly because I brought it up and I'm on the BOD). If your club has built one recently or you know any engineers or construction firms who have done this please PM me! We are looking to do this correctly and make it as safe and as fool proof as possible. Any and all info would be appreciated. Thank you.
