294163831_592285592511697_4000820362022068350_n (2).jpg I just couldn't pass this one up it's an 1858 Starr revolver made in 1862. Went threw the Civil war then ended up in. Europe and went threw the Franco Prussian War. .
At one time the revolver was converted from percussion to center fire cartridge, and ended up with German proof marks..

why the s&w?
and not the dp-12 or keltec. Just curious
I have the KSG and I’ve had feeding issues. I wanted to see if s&w had a better bullpup design. Just from a looks standpoint they are basically the same. I do like the push button tube selector vs the switch on the ksg. I guess the true test will be at the range.

Went to the Mill today and picked up this Beretta 1301. Light and faster shooting than I will ever be. Went straight to the range from the shop. Had a failure to feed after the very first shot using target load #8 shot 2 3/4 @ 1,290 fps…second time same thing…switched to double 00 buck and fired three rounds no issue…then fired two 3 inch 1oz slugs to loosen her up…switched back to target load and fired 5 rounds as fast (and safely) as I could pull the trigger and had no more issues…gun is light but aside from the 3 inch slugs, recoil was fine. Gun is sexy 😎

I love mine.

Picked up the Lee Enfield No 1 Mk3 from 1915 that was arsenaled by the Australians in 1954 and saw that nice little S&W Model 10-7 on consignment and picked it up too.
