Looks like the Ruger SP101 in .22 is now approved

Not according to Ruger yet.

SP's have not been a problem but MA is usually a month or two behind in submitting weapons for MA testing.

Ruger model KSP-242-8 (aka SP-101 in .22) is listed on the new 2/2012 MA approved list. Ruger may not have gotten legal approval to ship yet, or haven't updated their website yet
