Governor Kelly Ayotte has approved a "Governor's 10" Award, similar to the President's 100 badge awarded at the National Rifle and Pistol Championships. The "G10" Award will be determined at each of the 2025 State Championships - the NH State Rifle Excellence in Competition Championship on Sunday, 8/17 at Pelham Fish and Game, and the NH State Pistol Championship Excellence in Competition match on Sunday, 9/28. 2025 Alan E. Cady Memorial Pistol Series
with Excellence in Competition Match

Match Description: In memory of Alan Cady, the PF&G Precision Pistol Director, the 2025 series of 2700 matches will again be named in his honor. Alan shared his passion for bullseye shooting with countless new and experienced shooters, and we are lesser without him. May his dedication and love for the shooting sports be a goal for all of us.
Precision Pistol 2700 Match with an EIC match to follow. A separate .22 Caliber Only 2700 Match will be held concurrently. Shooters are welcome to shoot 2 of 3 stages (1800 match) as well.
Range: 50 yard slow fire; 25 yard timed & rapid fire. 50 covered outdoor firing points.
Directions to the Range: 100 Simpson Mill Rd, Pelham, NH 03076 From points south: Rt. 93 North to exit 2. Make a right at the exit light. (*) Make a right at next light (South Policy). Make a right at next light (Lowell Rd). Follow for approx 3 miles. Make a right onto Hobbs Rd (you will see signs for Pelham Fish and Game). Make next right onto Simpson Mill Rd. PF&G is about ½ mile on the right. Pistol range is located to left and rear of the main clubhouse. From Points North: Rt. 93 South to exit 2. Make a right at end of exit ramp. Follow the same directions as above from (*) point.

Eligibility: Open to all safe competitors. Neither NRA nor CMP membership is required. The matches are sanctioned by the Civilian Marksmanship Program, and all matches are run under CMP rules.
Registration and Fees:
• 1800 Fees: A package entry fee of $35.00 includes Lunch, CMP registration fee and all individual and aggregate matches.
• 2700 Fees: A package entry fee of $50.00 includes Lunch, CMP registration fee and all individual and aggregate matches. State Championship fee of $60.00 includes awards.
• EIC- CMP.22 cal Match Fee: $15.
• EIC- CMP Service Pistol Match Fee: $15.
Cash and checks payable to “Pelham Fish and Game, Inc.” will be accepted at the Match.

Relay 1: First shot 9:00 a.m. EIC matches (.22 and SP) will be conducted at the conclusion of the 2700 match. EIC matches will only be fired if 5 or more non-distinguished competitors are eligible to shoot. CMP rules limit competitors to five EIC matches plus the National Trophy Individual Match (Camp Perry) per year.
Rules: Current CMP Rules will govern as appropriate. Competitors are required to be familiar with the contents of the current rule books (online at Competition Rulebooks - Civilian Marksmanship Program). An Empty Chamber Indicator (ECI) is required in all CMP sanctioned pistol competitions to indicate that the slide is open and the chamber is empty.
Classification: Competitors must show a valid current outdoor classification or score record book. All unclassified competitors will compete in the Master Class.
Firearms: 22 caliber, center fire and .45 caliber per CMP Rules for Precision Pistol. Triggers may be weighed, and will be weighed, if National Records are broken. CMP rules will apply for the Service Pistol portion of the match. See EIC rules for more information.
Scoring: Competitors will pass score cards to the right and score the competitor to the left, unless otherwise directed. Plugs and gauges will be used ONLY by designated range personnel. Competitors are responsible for repairing their own targets. Bring your own stapler, repair pasties/tape and small clipboard. A 3-man jury will be selected, if there is a challenge. A $3.00 challenge fee will be paid for each challenge and refunded, if the challenge is upheld.
Targets: All slow fire will be on NRA B-6 50-yard slow fire targets. All timed and rapid fire will be on NRA B-8 25-yard targets. Targets and repair centers will be provided.
Award Schedule: Bragging rights for monthly matches. State Championship (Sep 28th): Open winner, second and third place for each match. First in each class, if at least five present and shooting. Second, if ten. Third, if fifteen, Fourth, if twenty, etc. Junior, Civilian and Service (including National Guard and Reserve) categories. Additional categories, if a sufficient number of competitors (5) present and shooting.

The CMP EIC (‘leg”) matches will be held after the conclusion of the 2700 Pistol Match. These matches may be conducted concurrently or sequentially at the Match Director’s discretion.
NOTES: ElC Service Pistol & .22 Rimfire Pistol Match
1. In accordance with the current edition of the CMP Service Rulebook, all Service Pistol EIC Matches and CMP .22 Rimfire EIC Pistol Matches will be governed by CMP rules. “Service Pistol” and “.22 Rimfire Pistol” are defined in the current edition of the CMP Service Rulebook (see Rule 6.3, Table 3, or Rule 6.4).
2. Shooters must supply their own "Leg Match" Ammunition. Ammunition must be any safe ammunition. A 2023 rule change allows non-jacketed, wad-cutter or lead bullets to be used for the EIC Service Pistol Match and any .22 caliber rimfire long rifle ammunition, with bullets weighing not more than 40 grains, for the .22 Rimfire Pistol Match. All triggers will be weighed.
3. If the CMP changes sanctioning fees for match, Pelham Fish and Game reserves the right to change the match fees by the same amount.
4. All competitors should check in no later than 30 minutes prior to the start time. Pelham Fish and Game reserves the right to reschedule any competitor arriving after that time to make room for post entries present at the range. Post entries will be accepted to the range capacity for any relay, but only if such rescheduling does not delay the start of the match.
5. Any shooter under the age of 18 must have a parent in attendance, or a notarized parental permission letter before they are allowed to shoot. The Match Director will have the final decision.
6. EIC Matches will be a 30-shot National Match Course (NMC) of fire: 10 shots slow fire, 10 shots timed fire and 10 shots rapid fire (see Rule 7.3.1 and Table 5).
7. To receive EIC credit points, the score fired by the competitor must fulfill the requirements of Rule 9.2.6 (top 10%) and equal or exceed the EIC Minimum Credit Score (MCS) for that discipline (see CMP Rule 9.2.7). All points are issued by the CMP. MCS scores for 2019 are:
