And you can NEVER make a semi that can't be made into a full, heck even a Garand can be made full. Absolutes don't exist, and it's not the intent. Every semi AR platform can be converted to full, yet they are not unlawful. Using absolutes in your argument is lazy, stupid, and irrelevant.
