Decided to take up trap, having some difficulty finding target loads. Looking for 2 3/4", 8 shot, 2 3/4 DRAM EQ. TSUSA is completely out of stock, so I went to Four Seasons, where I was told they only stock buck shot and slugs. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Big box stores like the others said. They will start to go on sale in the spring when the trap season starts to gear up here. There are winter leagues to shoot and just fun shooting available. You should check out local gun stores in southern NH so you don't have sales tax. When the shoots ramp up there are shells available at the larger shoots too.

I buy mine at Cabela or Gander Mtn. They carry the best selection of 12 gauge. I was always a die hard Western AA guy but I’ve been shooting Remington trap loads lately and I’ve been happy.

Is 8 shot a thing now? I was raised on 7.5, am I missing some hot new trend?

well yeah theres more shot.....
OP find a case of target loads somewhere and buy them. Sadly big stores are generally the only source of by the case purchase. Ask around the trap range some clubs do a few big orders a year when they stock up on clays.

All: Ended up finding some at Precision Point in Woburn. Nice little shop.
If your not opposed to bigger stores like Cabela's / BPS they always have an ok selection of target loads. If your brand new to trap......any target load will do 7 1/2 or 8 shot.....1 oz or 1 1/8 oz payload. You won't know the difference at all until your scoring 24 and 25. I only shoot trap once or twice a month to stay current for bird hunting and hit 23 to 25 and can't tell the difference between em.

Any Wally World in NH has trap loads by the shi* ton.
They're located on the shelf next to the mustard.
Put however much you want in your cart and
check out. Just like it should be. No I.D. no being
escorted out of the building. They treat shotgun shells
just like loaves of bread in NH.
