The frantic Newtonites fear that a gun shop opening in their town will increase crime in their idyllic community. Yet Littleton, with over 60 FFLs has far LESS crime than Newton. I was using Lefty tactics to demonstrate their fears were hogwash. Which of course they are, but not for the cause/effect I was "portraying".

So, not sarcasm, but maybe more of a mix of sardony and irony.
