NH non resident permit?

The NH nonres permit doesn't change that at all. All an NH nonres permit
does is allow you to carry a loaded and concealed handgun in the
state, and also allows you to have the same in a vehicle there.

You can buy ammo and rifles/shotguns in NH without having any kind of
NH permit. Many gun stores will ask to see your MA LTC or FID for these
purchases, though. I've never been "carded" for ammo up there except
at wal-marts.

Does a mass oui cause the same problems in NH ?

After reading all this posts, my understanding is that if I cross the border to NH I can conceal carry with no issues? I do however have a none restricted license in here in MASS. The reason Im asking is because I was just about to apply for a none resident permit because next year I'm going to a car show at the New England drag way

Correct, you are good to carry away. And, just an FYI, your Mass license means nothing here.
