Nikon p series mounts

Hey guys. I'm looking for a mount for my 1 inch scope to my ar. I was planning on a pepr, but just noticed these Nikon mounts at Walmart. In generally very wary of hardware from that place, but it's made by Nikon whom I usually trust.

Anyone have experience with these? Only like 50$

No clue on this one other than to say that just because a part has a brand name on it doesn't mean that it was built by them. Winchester for example has been whoring out their name for awhile now on all kinds of stuff...

Just picked up a Nikon P 223 3x scope and was looking at these mounts/rings. I googled the hell out of them and most of the results were highly positive! Did you end up trying them?

I ended up ordering Burris XTR Quick Detach Ring Mounts. Nikon rings were not QD. I wanna be able to pop the scope off and go back to sights.
