Large (and small) operations gave up paper 4473's a while ago.

Things may have changed but even the electronic 4473 still belch out a form which gets printed and then signed...... then again I haven't used one of those in seemingly a hundred years.... last time I used one was a deli ticket Emporium for a transfer I couldn't do anywhere else. To the best of my recollection I still had to sign a 4473. The Bigs went electronic to minimize the errors.... but that doesn't mean that the paper doesn't exist.
