No more Bullets to the PRM, Did I miss something

Did 135 add reloading components? Several vendors won't ship bullets to MA, and a few won't even ship brass either. I think this is new because I didn't see the shipping warnings in my shopping cart in the past; I didn't actually order at that time but was 'shopping'. Need an assertion that I'm a good boy

Technically, bullets and brass are classified as “ammunition” even under the old laws. That was kept in place in the new law. However, some vendors had new agreements to sign. I know the vendor who has that agreement. I just signed and it was good to go. They already have my LTC info so they’ve always tried to protect themselves.

To clarify i mean "no" like absolutely nothing has changed. fake news etc. The only thing changed was the sale of ammunition by mail inside the state which nobody was doing anyways. Also ammunition components were always regulated possession wise to begin with long before this garbage got passed.

It's a pain finding vendors who will ship here then having to keep it a secret. A couple of bullet suppliers that shipped here have gone out of business.
