I just noticed that the "bubble" is missing for sub-forums when viewing "Forums" so that there is no indication that there are new posts in only one particular sub-forum. I found this while looking at Dealers/Ranges Forum . . . the bubble and subtle color difference shows up there but not in the "Forums" view.
