Non Resident Purchaces

I know I can't buy ammo, but can a non resident buy reloading components? I'm thinking of going to the Marlborough show, but don't want it to be a waste.

You don't need the LTC/FID AND be a MA resident to buy jerky and hot sauce (as long as it's not labeled as a weapon) . . . yet.
