He explained that there is no singular read right now, then covered his understanding of the laws. GOAL, MA SP, MA F&W all have different interpretations right now just as @nstassel and Jason Guida have different perspectives. In some places, things are pretty "clear;" for others we have no answers.

He also laid out the state of some upcoming legal cases, including their own.
