Old wood cartridge box.

Found this old wood cartridge box in my late fathers reloading items. It holds 50 rounds of 22 rimfire cartridges. Its marked.
KIRKWOOD BROTHERS INC. GUN SHOP 23 Elm ST BOSTON MASS.
From the information I can find online the shop was Est 1874. They sold high end firearms.
