Does anyone have one of these books kicking around (edition not really critical). It appears when John Devoldere, the author, passed away a couple years ago, these books must've gone out of print and seem to be unobtainium.
I actually have one....somewhere in a box in my storage barn, but I haven't been able to locate it as of yet.
If you do have one, I will buy it for a "reasonable" price...
