So, I'm at Dunks and I nothice the guy standing infront of me has a on a pair of really tight jean shorts, a sleeveless tee shirt, and a tool belt. On the front of the tool belt, the are two holsters at 10 o'clock and two o'clock, and in the holsters there are what looks to be Colt Peacemakers . I'm standing there ready to burst out laughing, and the guy asks if I like guns. My response is "Yes, I go shooting every now and then". Not sure what to say, I just kind of stand there[thinking], and then he orders his stuff and leaves without incident.

I can only assume he lost a bet or something. I'm still stunned.....[thinking]

I actually think carrying a cowboy revolver (and maybe a cowboy hat) would be one of the ways of open carrying in this state with low chance of incident.

This state might be anti-gun, but outside of Boston, I've never met anyone without a sense of humor.

I don't think DD has a problem with firearms..I have open carried in the one near me and never had anyone say a thing.....never in that attire though..haha...

I'm confused - which Village People was he; the Construction Worker or the Cowboy?

The fact that you had the presence of mind to ask that question, in noting the differences between the various Village People characters, is disturbing. I can barely remember the band, but YOU remember the details like that? Hahaha, too funny. Attention to detail is certainly your forte'.

To give you a little bit more. There's no law that says it is illegal, but you will more often then not get people calling the cops on you, which will likely get back to your chief, who will potentially pull your license because you're bothering him.

If you want more than that, do a search, there's lots of discussion on it.
