OPS Snubby Summit

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Options for Personal Security is proud to announce 'The Snubby Summit'.

The 'Snubby Summit' is a grand opportunity to learn from many unique and talented individuals about the ins & outs of the most carried gun in America…the Snubby Revolver.

Currently scheduled for the summit are Massad Ayoob, Jim Cirillo, Ed Lovette, Andy Stanford, Michael de Bethencourt, SouthNarc and others.

The Summit will include both lecture and livefire blocks, as well as a roundtable discussion on Saturday evening. Topics include 'The Snubby as a Second Gun', 'One Handed Reloading Techniques', 'Situational Awareness, a presentation by retired CIA case officer Ed Lovette', and many others.

Additionally, there will be opportunity for attendees to fire multiple courses of fire/qualification courses, including a unique course of fire, developed for this event, for the defensive snubby, throughout the weekend on one of the indoor ranges.

Vendors will be present as well, so there will plenty of 'snubby specific' gear and accessories available onsite.

This event will be held on 3 & 4 December 2005 at the American Police Hall of Fame located in Titusville, Florida. The APHF is an outstanding facility with a large, modern classroom and two state-of-the-art indoor ranges. It is located across the street from the Kennedy Space Center.

Cost for the event, including lunch both days and dinner on Saturday, is only $235.

Attendance is limited to the first 48 people and events are scheduled to allow each person to attend all of the blocks offered over the course of the weekend.

Registration will be handled through the OPS toll-free number 1.877.636.4677 or via email [email protected]

ALL of the above was posted directly from another forum where Paul Gomez posted this info.

I requested (and was granted) permission from Paul to repost it here and I also requested that he join our forum.

Paul has joined our forum, but hasn't posted anything yet! <hint, hint>

So if you have any interest or questions on this event, please post it here and hopefully Paul will join us and reply.

Personally I have no further info on this event and their website doesn't have anything about it either right now.
