Ordering from Blackdog Machine

Just thought I would pass along my recent experience with Black Dog Machine. I bought a Spikes 22 conversion and some magazines, both AR22 and 1022 mags. I messed up entering the order and got charged shipping twice. The mistake was all mine. The folks at black dog sent me an extra magazine with a note that it was to make up for the extra shipping charge. The charge was only $6.00! Plus I received my order in only 3 days. That’s awesome customer service. Not only that but when I went to check out their system assigned an unexpected 30.00 discount to my order.

I also ordered some mags from Blackdog, last year, and they made a mistake and made good on it. They did an overnight order to me, at their expense. They are very good to deal with.

It's nice to hear that some companies still know what customer service is and understand how important it can be.

To me customer service is the measure of a company. Everyone will make a mistake, its only normal, but how the company handles the mistake is something that goes a long way. I've never ordered from BDM direct, but I 5 BDM mags and they are great.
