Complied with the COPS? How? Did they release the audio of the interaction between Finicum and the Feds/OSP? Because I didn't hear it. And have no idea what the COPS told him to do or what commands they gave him prior to putting three rounds in his back!

I am sure that once they release the dashcam video and audio (used in some cases to exonerate OR SP) and the body cam footage and audio, this will all be cleared up.
