Saw that video. No possible way to make out what the commands from the LEOs were with the cellphone video from inside the truck. You are speculating.

Again, if the dashcam footage and audio are released instead of crappy drone footage (no audio) this will be cleared up. Makes ya wonder why the OR SP and the Feds haven't released that footage, doesn't it?!?
