So all you guys that watched the video, I may have missed it but where did he make a verbal threat to harm  any officer? Did you even hear bad language from Lavoy? Does carrying a gun make you a threat? If so then every cop in the nation is a threat. Does running away make him a threat? When he came around that short corner and vehicles parked in the road and he couldn't stop, he avoided impact to not harm anyone. He jumped out of the rig while being shot at with his hands up so was he a threat then?

He was shot in the back and his hands come down so I guess that was when he was a threat...
