Some of the folks who were there early in the day (1st Heat)

I brought a new shooter (one of my best friends' girlfriend), Krissy. I brought her to a sandpit near her home a few weeks ago to practice safe gun handling and she fired her first shots (Wather P22). Today was her first time on rifles. She LOVED it and wants to get her own LTC now.

I got in a little shooting too. But this is mostly a social event for me so I let my guest do most of the shooting of my equipment. Here I am with my SA SOCOM 16.

Here is MASSMARK's highly modified SOCOM 16!!!! Doesn't even look like the same weapon:

Rich, the pic of our host is huge! When it came up, all I could see was from the bicep to the muzzle. I thought, wow, E.C. really is synonymos with S&W500! The I slid the blue slidie bar and saw the whole pic.

A late change in plans made me home alone this weekend. I was going to try and grab an open slot but woke up with a splitting headache. Probably wouldn't have been a good combination. Glad to see the pics and videos of everyone having a good time. I'm glad the rain held off until later in the day.
