In Ma if made AFTER the 94 ban yes it's illegal. Preban you are good to go. Atleast this is what I was told/taught so could be wrong hah.

We need to be kind to our repressed brothers and sisters living in the PRM... I have some pre-ban pistol mags, since I got the pistol about the time the 1994 stupidity happened. I'm just glad I live in a state where that nonsense isn't relevant.
