i carry chapstick all the time, at all times of the day. i cant imagine being without it if i ever need it.

As often as I am able...If I am going out and know I will be drinking I leave it at home also if I know I am going somewhere its not legal I also leave it at home or at least in the truck. I have two separate carry rigs, basically a winter carry (XD 40 SC) that I use and OWB holster and summer (LCP w/CT) in an IWB holster.

Once you start to carry regularly it will feel very natural and you will miss it when its not there. Like wearing a watch or rings...you get use to having it.
