Please Help Glock 22

Hello all Iam new to the website long time shooter looking for some help and advice i recently purchased a Gen 3 Glock 22 i did a quick field strip after buying the handgun i noticed unusual marks on the inside of the slide near the ejection port on both sides the metal is distorted and almost jagged i have put about 50 rds through the gun it shoots and feed 100% however the spend casings are out of round... bent on the opposite side of the primer this concerns me a great deal i do carry this handgun and do not want it to foul or malfunction if god forbid the time arises i need to use it, any advice on why the casings are bent the metal is not uniform on the inside of the slide near the ejection port its bare metal FYI almost burred up any help or info would greatly be appreciated very much thank you - Josh
