Police respond to report of shooting at pro-Israeli protest in Newton

Not clear who got hit, I'm assuming it was the guy who charged across the street to attack (now to be know as the perp).
In that case it's a clean shoot.

And listen to the perp, 200K Palestinians killed, even Hamas isn't pushing that high a number. guy is delusional.

Guy with the gun needs more practice.

Duty to retreat state... It'll be interesting how this unfolds.

The way I see it, pulling the trigger has to be both morally and legally justifiable. Morally, I think this is a case of FAFO - don't charge and attack people and you won't get shot. Legally though... in this state...

We have a duty to retreat law in MA?
Indeed. However, there is exception if doing so would increase chance of harm to others if I read it correctly. So I think he has a good shoot...not saying they won't try to break him financially in the process

Most of those savage supporters are delusional, otherwise they wouldn't embrace the 3 x H savages.

Sorry, ALL, not most.

But seriously, my instructor talked about this in the class, and he said it was a gray area. I probably just wasn't listening, but I thought he said the castle doctrine does cover our vehicles.
Each PD will have a greater degree of fealty to the gun grabbers the closer they get to Beacon Hill. This is not looking good for the vet imho. The neck stomping was a proper touch though.

I agree that the retard should have been shot, maybe even sooner. But if we look at it from a duty to retreat standpoint, then clearly the shooter failed to retreat.

Remember the case of the Westborough LTC holder. He was in his car and still got manslaughter in Worcester.

Hard to retreat when the guy tackles you.

That said, was there a clear threat of death and grave bodily harm?
