Ya gotta love the way they worded the responses the voters have the option of selecting... " banning these guns improve public safety" vs. "banning ASSAULT weapons is a TERRIBLE idea"

They still lost the vote- probably not the results they were hoping for. ;o)

I'm sure the ban will have every gang-banger waiting on line at the local cop shop ready to turn over a weapon in return for a $25 coupon for sneakers. Then again, they might not be so public-safety minded.
