Posting a classified ad? Not sure what went wrong

Hi I just found this site which is awesome being local to me in NH. I was hoping to list a B&T setup I have for sale. I can't find a link or what I am doing wrong, sorry I am not super tech. Are classified ads here have to be paid to post? Thank you in advance.

First, you have to "Go Green"... become a paid member of NES.
