Pre ban Colt Configurations

I am considering looking for a pre ban Colt lower. Is there such a lower that has the following features...

1. No sear block. (Not ever looking for full auto, but want mil-spec. Not looking for a modded hack job.)
2. Small trigger pins. (Modern triggers have small pins. I have a Geissele trigger group.)
3. Pin size that fits modern upper. (I do not want a converted pin.)

I realize that getting a pre ban is an expensive hoop to jump through just to have a collapsable stock here in Mass.

If there is such a pre ban animal, what is that model Colt called?

I don't think that such a configuration exists in a Colt pre-ban lower. I believe it's a 2 / 3. You would have to get another manufacturer if you want all three.
For me it's the standard pivot pin and full fence that are required on a pre-ban lower. I can live with all the other issues.
