PRE-BAN/POST-BAN RUGER P-85 or P-89 mags

Does anyone know how to tell if a mag for Ruger P-85 or P-89 is Pre-ban or Post-ban manufacture?

One is an original Ruger as far as I can tell (15 round)

The other is a Ram-Line (19?round)

Any help would be appreciated

I've looked at post ban and pre ban mags for the Ruger P series and can't tell one from the other and I have several factory and after market mags for my P 89.
