This locking Big Powder Hound ski/snow board rack was used for transporting surf rods on top of the Xterra when I was running the beaches for stripers. This should fit all Gen1 Xterras (1999-2004). There are two keys for the racks which lock the racks closed and locks them to the truck.
The first $30.00 takes it. They are $135.00 new.
