For all of us who are science fiction fans from birth, who love steel, art, titanium and wicked blades this is a gem…
“Blade Runner 2049 Hurricane Razor”
(I’ll post up pics down below)
This is handmade by Robert Amsler (USA), out of CPM S35 VN steel, honed, sharpened and polished to a mirror finish and an absolute laser sharp edge. It is literally a working scalpel, heat treated by Paul BOS and adorned with a 6al / 4v titanium pocket clip, titanium spacer and titanium screws, with AMSLER scribed on the clip.
Cerakoted in FDE. In the middle of all that sexiness is a long thin vial of bright red Tritium built into the handle for night recognition or just because it’s cool AF. The aggressive cut outs along the length of the body provide an outstanding grip. More O-Rings can easily be added if you remove your pocket clip, or they can all be removed if you so choose.
This thing is sick and an almost exact copy of the one seen in the Blade Runner 2049 movie, also by Amsler, and carried by Dave Bautista’s character, the old beat up medic from the end wars, who carried it stuck thru the MOLLE of his drop leg pouch so it was always within reach.
This blade has never cut anything and is in perfect condition. It will ship insured, well packed and with everything it came with.
Includes all original:
Static Shield Bag
2049 Hurricane Razor
Kydex Sheath
An included tool to remove or swap out the pocket clip
One dozen (12) extra O-rings (for the blade body)
Original signed Amsler card with all the pertinents (aka a birth certificate)
Last but not least a package of Korean pop rock
candy he threw in the bag
I paid about $260.00 for this one with the Cerakote and Tritium. More with shipping and tax. This is the full size Hurricane and runs just over 6” in length.
Now $200.00 !! shipped and insured. PP / FF
No trades please trying to help with moving expenses to get the hell out of MA!
PM here with any questions or interest.
Thank you
“BladeRunner 2049”
** Edited to add: This guy loved these blades so much that he started making some really nice leather pocket sheaths for them. Photos below.
** Note this sheath is for potential buyers information only and not included in my sale.
