Problem Remains with New Mass. RMV ID System: 5 Investigates

The problem is that this is not exactly a problem with the RMV system. If you are in the MA system and try to get a different ID, you will be caught. If you have good forged or stolen documents from somewhere the state cannot check against the problem is with the outside sources. Your first license is always the toughest to verify. When I got my driver's license in high school, they accepted a couple of non verifiable documents. As they probably did for everyone else here. A birth certificate at most proves someone with that name was born. It is not tied to DNA or anything else that you can easily check to make sure it is the same person in front of you. Same with social security cards etc. Unless we start chipping people at birth or coding DNA onto birth certs, the problem is not going to go away.

Minute 3:05-3:25 is beautiful.

Typical scripted DemoBabble. It's not even a conversation, let alone an answer to the question. What even.
