Has anyone shot the Mossberg Tactical .22LR? And is it even available in MA? I am looking for a relatively inexpensive .22LR for target shooting/small game hunting, but I don't want to spend $500 on a S&W M&P15-22 or a Ruger SR-22. I would like to have a tactical look if at all possible. So I am looking at a Marlin 795 with the Dragunov ATI stock. I have read and watched many reviews on the Marlin and they seem to be mostly positive. Any and all input/suggestions are appreciated.

Secondly, I am going to be purchasing a handgun for concealed carry. I was looking to purchase either a used Glock or a Ruger SR9c. I could pick up a brand new SR9c for $400 or try to find a reasonably priced Glock. I was wondering what the refurbishing policy was like with Glock. Will they refurbish a gun that I bought used? Or do you have to be the original owner? Again, any and all input is appreciated.

Thanks

Glock will refurb a pistol from any owner but you have to pay for cosmetic refurbishment, not mechanical. By the time you pay for shipping you might want to just find someone here who can mechanically refurb the pistol (if needed) as a new recoil spring and assorted minor internals usually end up costing less than the shipping.
