Gonna be light on details, but three passwords were sent to me today via email on "light" sights. Mine on this site was one of them, and yeah, it may not have been great, but a browser somehow got it reset to an older casual version when we were using the app.

No idea whether this site was the source,(I doubt it) but some site many of us use elsewhere close which I will not name may be complicated. It has a two numbers in it's domain name.
