I just read in the last couple of days an article on a doctor who realized many shooting victims he treats come back again shot or dead and started a program to help them straighten out.
Could of been CNN or MSNBC. I have been searching all day and can't find the article. Anyone have a better memory than I do?
Also does anyone know the official names of the anti-gang programs in Boston?
I'd really like the name of the one a few years back that seemed to be responsible for a drop in gang violence.
