I bought some of the above at my LGS today.
I've got unique and BE-86 powders.
Currently doing 6.2 grains of the BE-86 on regular round nose lead.
Id like to try a "hotter" round and was told the powder coat will allow for that. Can't find any recipe.
Any advice?

Thanks

Start with cast load data and work to max cast loads. You might find accuracy fades at the edge of max loads.

Bearcreek coated bullets can be loaded as hot as the equivalent weight of a jacketed bullet. I have loaded my ammo like this in 10mm, 357, and 44 mag. No leading of the barrel and good accuracy.

If you want hotter in 45 ACP, try Power Pistol or Longshot.
