Recommendations for 22 Revolver?

I'm looking for a 22 revolver for training new shooters.

Thoughts? Anyone have an inexpensive one they want to get rid of?

(I already have a Ruger autoloader for training.)

Smith and Wesson have a few offerings in .22LR - models: 317, 617, 63 and so on.

A S&W 617 or a used Model 17 (a.k.a. K22 Masterpiece)

I just shot a Model 18-4 the other day. Man that old six shooter, 22, had the sweetest trigger! It was also in 99% condition. I'd swap my 617 in a heartbeat for that old revolver. I guess tthey are currently available. S&W has it on their site but list is over $1000.

I have the 317 sweet little .22 revolver 8 shot, great for the kids to shoot. Bit on the pricey side, I train to point shoot with it. Cheaper on the ammo than my pocket gun the 642.
