Rego Customs - NES group buy lower complete rifle

Lower was “registered” on 07/03/2013 via FA10 as a complete rifle with a 16” barrel. I’ll provide a copy of the FA10 to the buy if wanted. I bought the upper as a complete upper in December of 2022. I put the new upper on this complete lower to sell it since the other new complete lower I had has not been FA10'd. With my lower FA10'd in 2013 its guaranteed to be Pre-2016 and pre-8/1/2024 and not run afoul of any of Healy’s antics regarding re-interpreting MA gun laws.

The upper and lower lockup is tight with no wiggle at all. The upper has been shot only on 1 range trip to sight in the scope.

Lower:

• A Rego Customs lower purchased in an NES group buy in 2013. Registered via FA10 on 07/03/2013
• Model: NES15
• S/N: is NES0xx. The xx number is below 30.
• Mils-pec LPK kit, don’t remember the brand, I have had a few but possibly an Anderson.
• MAGPUL Battery Assist Device (B.A.D) lever.
• BCM Grip Mod 4 – Black
• Ambidextrous safety
• MAGPUL CTR stock.
• The trigger is excellent for not being a custom trigger. I have done a couple of trigger jobs to eliminate take up, make it smooth and reduce the pull weight. If you search 50 cent trigger job you can find references to it. The hammer spring has one side snipped off to reduce the pull weight. This can always be replaced, and I will include a brand new hammer spring if desired to return it to spec.
• Lower has some wear, mainly around the magwell as seen on the pictures. I used this lower on a different rifle. I am happy to put on a brand new complete lower but I have no FA10 evidence that the lower was possessed in MA on 8/1 so I assume people would prefer this one to be 100% sure it’s legal and grandfathered per Healy’s guidance. I have pictures that i owned it prior to 8/1 but thats the only evidence short of getting paperwork from the FFL that transferred it to me.

Upper:

Bought 12/19/2022 from Primary Arms as a complete upper. Here are the details in the complete upper which did not include the BCG or charging handle, I added those.
