I've decided to only have older guns in my collection, so I have been slowly thinning out what I have. While digging through the safe (and the basement) I uncovered a surprise.

I forgot that I had bought a Remington 11-87 Special Purpose 12 gauge a few years back (how I could have forgotten a shotgun is another story). It is black and has a synthetic stock. It is still in the box, has never been loaded or even fully assembled, and obviously never fired.

It is new in the box and I still have the receipt. How much should I try to get/trade for it today? Bass Pro is selling new ones for $695.

Thanks.

how about what you paid for it plus the average retirement investment % since then ? Really theres a few different models of the SP deer, waterfowl, magnum super magnum prices vary a few hundred bucks for some models.
